ITS ME CCC. By now you must have gotten the news that the Forums will be going down on WEDNESDAY.The good news is we can all keep up on the rfamilyvacationsfanpage.
I will miss the forums and the years of staying connected in my playground. I have made and met so many friends and family through the years.I will miss them but we are just changing addresses. So everyone THANK YOU.IT has BEEN MY PLEASURE watching the boards and going through life with you all.
I just got the email . I will post later.

I know I don't post that often but I always reads the boards. I am going to miss checking in daily to see what everyone is up to. Thanks Crazy for all your time and assistance keeping us informed with the goings on of Rfamily.

I received the e-mail today about the forums being taken down on March 24th... they were fun while they lasted... and I certainly had a blast posting about the Caribbean... and a little with mexico... but, alas... all good things come to an end and the forums have run their course... facebook is an appropriate alternative... people just need to take the time to start "Discussion" groups for each cruise on that tab and it will work well.

I have already copied mine and I am going to copy as much of them as I can. I got as much notice as everyone else did :mad: but willl be working through today to do so. Yes an ed of an era. For me a sad day it was my go to place to get away be with my peeps.

I didn't post often, but I read the boards daily. I never received the e-mail announcing the end. I don't do Facebook, How will I be able to keep up with rfamily?

You don't have to "do" Facebook to use it - In other words, no need to put all that personal info on your page.

It's very easy to set up a Facebook profile. Just make the privacy settings private in the extreme.

You don't even have to use your real name - There are actually sites where you can make an "avatar" to resemble you or any other person you would like.

Peg & I are in the process of adopting a baby girl...a gorgeous baby I may add. We are on the fence for the Mexico trip....lots of wants, but not sure about the paper work etc...and of course still paying for Alaska LOL
