Warm weather trips for 2 dad family

We can't make the spring cruise because of scheduling
I was hoping to find suggestions on where 2 dads and a 3 yo
could vacation safely in April for warm weather

Mexico?
Anywhere in carribean?
Cruise?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

Nickelodeon hotel in Orlando looks like fun (never been there tho).
Or a Disney or Nick cruise to the Carribean - both organizations seem to be gay friendly. I find being on a ship for meals and sleep is a safe way to go too, you don't have to go out and wander around looking for a place. Good to be with a group when doing some sightseeing too.
These might be an alternative to rFamily next year. Since either way you'd be with a 'mixed' crowd, like on the large group trips rfamily has planned, might be better to go where it is geared towards families and children.
