We are all enjoying the last few weeks of summer around our house. The weather in NY has been absolutely beautiful, so we have been blessed with sunshine and a nice breeze to close out a busy but great summer.
Ro and I are heading to the Emmy Awards on Saturday in Los Angeles, so keep your fingers crossed for the All Aboard documentary! Even if we do not win, it is an honor to have been nominated (but i still want to win.........).
I am working on booking our performers for next year and will keep all of you posted on who will be gracing us with their presence. No matter what, we will continue our reputation as having the best entertainment on the high seas.
The cruises are booking quickly for next year. I need to get passports for my kids for the Galapagos trip. Plus we are finalizing some land concepts for next year. Busy busy!
Hope all of you are having a great end of summer.

Good Luck Kelli and Rosie at the Emmy Awards on Saturday in Los Angeles.
We hope the " All Aboard Documentary" Wins too. Aall of our Family, Friends we know who have watched the All Aboard Documentary have loved it. They say that how the people from the ship dealt with the anti-gay protestors in the port were amazing to watch. I told them that Sally Masters the Just of the Peace who was on there, is the same person who will be preforming our Holy Union for us in February.
Also our friends and family say it seems that everyone is so relaxed and having such a Wonderful time, being who they are and not what they are.
Again our fingers will be crossed when they go to announce the Best Documentary Catagory and also when " All Aboard" Wins for Best Documentary at the Emmy's on Saturday.
Congrads again and Good Luck,

Good luck at the Emmys! I will be keeping my fingers crossed for the win. My partner and I both had tears in our eyes watching "All Aboard".
I think that ANYONE who watches "All Aboard" HAS to come away with good feelings, their eyes open with regard to what fantastic parents gay people can make and hopefully remember that if and when they are in a discussion regarding gay parenting.
I believe that "All Aboard" could do more for the gay parenting cause than any other avenue. One of the reason I hope it wins the Emmy is so that more people will go out to buy it to see why it won, a fantastic opportunity to reach even more people than it already has; of course, another reason why I hope it wins is because it deserves to, it is a beautiful story!!
Thanks again to all of you for making this important documentary :)

Have fun in LA! I've got my fingers crossed.
Love the new scrapbook section of the site!
When you're working on those performers for next summer...could you give Pink a call?
She's hot and everyone would LOVE her. Don't you think?

I love that the ALL ABOARD documentary has found a broad range audience on HBO. This is great for furthering the visibility of our families in such a positive way. When I mention we are going on a "Rosie" cruise, many people respond they saw it on HBO. The people I refer to are traditional family structures.
We pick up our son from summer camp tomorrow. He's been gone 4 weeks and this was his first year. He loved it. We considered it as buying "boy time," because we don't have close men in our lives (not by choice). I am excited we will meet so many Dads on the cruise.
HAPPY LAZY DAYS OF SUMMER. School starts 8/31. Tick tock.

Good luck at the Emmys. All Aboard is such a special movie, everyone should see this movie, and will want to after seeing it win. That was such a special cruise, it was an honor to be on board, and it is so awesome to see it nominated for an award.

It deserved to win, but at least got more recognition.
I've had at least a dozen people tell me they've seen it after finding out I've been on an rfamily cruise. Many say they didn't intend to watch it, but just got caught up in it. Several said they cried. This documentary has done so much to reveal our positive side to the rest of the world. We've all won because of it.
