Hey T,
I was using my NikonD70s w/ a 28-70mm lens... I cant remember...if i had my circular polarizer on at that time or not..cause i kept taking it on and off...depending on the shots i was taking.
If you have any other questions...feel free to ask.
See ya..Jen.

Thanks!!
Great camera, I have one too! Did you all go on the train ride in Skagway, is that were the images were shot? The air is really clear, I am here is AZ and while we get nice days, it would be really hard to get an image that clear. (even with a polarizer)
I had a great time in Alaska taking pictures, landscapers dream! Now I totally want to go back and get even closer to everything. :)
thanks again! :)

Terese,
Alot of the relfection photos were taken in Skagway, but not on the train ride. We actually took the Yukon Territory Scenic Drive up into the Canadian territory. It was absolutely beautiful. Definitely a landscaper's dream. I couldn't believe the scenery. Amazing.
I would love to go back and spend more time in alaska, just maybe not on a cruise.
See ya, Jen.
