Thank you to all our new friends at R Family!

This was our first cruise, and we hope not our last. Alaska was great, and the scenery was great. We saw whales and eagles, Marci went hiking and Erin Lee got locked in the Deck 7 bathroom (to be subsequently rescued by some boy scouts!) We all got sea sick and had a wonderful time. But what made our trip truly special were all of you incredible kids and incredible parents in our audiences, next to us at dinner, waving from the waterslides, and poking us in the airport! You made us feel so welcome.

It was great to meet people who both care so much about kids and who work so closely with kids. Imagination Movers, Denise, Anne - here's hoping we all stay in touch and help each other grow. Thanks for all the late night conversations. Parents who talked about bringing us to perform for Rainbow Coalitions in your hometowns - we will be there! Let us know! Teachers and therapists who work with children - many of you talked to us on the boat about how we can use music to help educate and heal our kids. Call us, let's collaborate.

We hope you all made it home safely and are still dreaming Alaskan dreams (we sure are!) Thanks Gregg, Kelli and Rosie for letting us be a part of such a wonderful experience!

Rebecca, too. In fact, when I asked her what songs she wants to use in her i-movie that she is going to make a about our trip to Alaska, she said "I'll use 'We Are Family' and Erin and Marci's song about sailing to Alaska". I told her that it was not on your CDs and that Erin and Marci had made is especially for the cruise. So, we had to listen to both CDs, just tom make sure it wasn't there. So, Erin and Marci - if you do record it anytime soon, let us know and Becca will include it on her i-movie soundtrack.

Becca does walk around the house singing your songs and she says that you were the best performers on the cruise!

This was the first cruise for my family also. Mt partner and I tied the knot the day before we set sail in Canada and this the perfect way to spend our honeymoon. We met allot of people and made allot of new friends. We cant wait to go again.:D

Thanks so much for all of your encouraging words! We can't believe how much our Alaska song seems to have gotten stuck in everyones' heads - including our own!

We don't have a recording of it as of now, but we've just posted the lyrics and guitar chords on our website. Print it out and sing around your livingroom - we do! :)

Thanks for the lyrics and chords. Becca and her new friend from the cruise David sang it for us last night at the Saint Paul Saints game. It was about 100 degrees (no lie) and we could have used some of that Alaska glacier to cool us down.
