Help - Wanting to get married

I'm from Ontario Canada and my Partner and I would like to get married on the
boat. I know that they have people on board to do the ceramony. What I would like
to know since we are from Canada will it be a legal marriage if we brought along a
marriage certificate? Does anybody know?

We will have weddings available again this year "on the boat". The legal aspect of your wedding will need to happen in a court. We are looking into the possibility of arranging weddings in Canada like we did this past summer in Halifax. Since you are Canadian, you could at least go to the court prior to the cruise and then have a wedding on the crusie. I'll be posting some wedding info very soon.

My partner and I got married in Halifax on the cruise this past year. Greg was very helpful in giving us names of the appropriate people to contact. The wedding took place right on the pier in Halifax. It was the most awesome experience and all the locals there in Halifax were so hospitable.

My partner and I are getting married next week, we pushed up our date because of the possibility of the federal election re opening the same sex marriage debate. How wonderful to be able to get married on the boat..........I'm hoping to have an r family vacation as a honeymoon in 2007!!!:o
