I am sitting here sorting through a mountain of bills citations love letters from
every agency you could possibly fathom that has some kind of issue with me.
Trying to figure out how I am ging to do XMas this year
Worried would be an understatement.I do not think I will be able to pull it off.
Uncle Sam.The State of New York.The City of New York.Heath Bills not being paid.
You name it I have a pile for it.
There it is .
A Beautiful Card with a letter from Patty(Nightowls) and Kelsey.The official counter.
To bring a smile to my face a ray of YELLOW in the madness.
Thank you girls today I needed that today.
That is what R Family is.
It is not just a vacation.
It is the calls that I got on Thanksgiving the Invitations to my BOAT families houses.
Last X Mas my Boat family bailed out my Holiday program.
Now thats what R Family is.
So much more than a vacation.
So if anyone is one the fence about the Cruise.
Wondering if it is worth it.
Jump you couldn't meet or be around a better group of people on the Planet
If anyone wonders why I am R Family do or die.
I want my grandkids to be able to go on an R Famly cruise

michael and i understand how it can be very diffcult this time of year and we would love to have you over for christmas day dinner, and anything else we can do to help out with your cause please let us know. we also know what R family really means, it goes beyond the boat trip, its an all year affair that we all have with each other and a true blessing. we have met so many wonderful people and we also have received christmas cards from many of them, THANK YOU ALL AND WE TRULY APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH TO ALL.

If we were there we would actively be helping you out with the holiday stuff for work. I so believe in YOU and what you are doing. Since we can't help in person, perhaps we can from a distance. I know how to address a little gift to you but not the organization and we will be doing both.

I was just sitting here thinking if the whole world operated as our small community of boat people things would be so much better. It is funny on the boat how quickly friendships are formed. How everyone talks to strangers. How we let our kids wander with their friends not really worrying if some nut got a hold of them. Is it the gay bond we all share or are we different from others? I cant imagine feeling comfortable on a all mens cruise. I guess it is just the sense of family we all feel for each other. How strange and unique. We are so lucky.

Thanks everyone it looks rather bleak though.This might be the first in 15 years that I won't be able to pull it off :( Doesn't look like there is a BAILOUT for Santa this year.
I am trying due to the economy even my long standing supporters have backed out.
The thing is I can't do half I have to be able to cover al of the kids Lori is upset.
"MOM what do you mean were not doing the Holiday Program"
I haven't even put up a tree.
Going to get a Little one and decorate the house today try and cheer her up a bit,
Then back to College application madnes :eek: :eek: Everyone enjoy your day.
