Alaska keeps coming......

My two sons and I went fishing in Ketchican. We told the skipper of our boat to filet one of the King Salmon we caught and ship it to us. The other fish were supposed to be donated to the local "old folks home". Well....... yesterday FedEx delivered our King Salmon and it seems the skipper forgot to donate the other fish so we now have 45 lbs of salmon in the freezer!!! We will be eating salmon and remembering Alaska and the cruise at least once a week for the next three years!!!

I miss all the freinds we met, If anyone is in contact with Leslie and Elizabeth from San Francisco please tell them to call Derian and Tina! Elizabeth was undergoing chemotherapy again this week. Our thoughts have been with her. For some reason we never got their number. If anyone has their number please have them give us a call or email me.

Miss you all and can't wait to see you next July! Anybody want a salmon steak?

Did you by chance buy Esera's book?? He has a Great recipe in there for Salmon in the dishwasher!! :D

We're having salmon withdrawal here in Minnesota. Becca and I stopped at Ikea and had to buy some salmon, just to make us feel better. You should have a big party and serve the salmon; you'll be able to tell fish stories to all of your friends.

BTW - I'll send you a few pictures that I have of your family.
