:D We had the time of our lives and met so many wonderful people. Kim (KIMGR) her partner Jill and son Ben did alot of hanging out together. It was like we knew each other our whole lifes-I love them. Susan Powter and I became fast friends-my son still is telling people that he met Patsy Stone from AB/FAB. She loved it! Wendy and i from the forum became buds-she is too sweet-and I loved talking trash with her.
Some of the funniest memories I have were of Gregs sister Stacy and her friend Stacy.
They stayed with us our last night in Seattle...I almost peed my pants in the Spinacker with Gregs sister whom is a total riot-LOve them. Also when we were in Alaska and I heard this loud rockus- I asked Kim "What is that noise comming from" She casualy said
" It was some dykes cage fighting." another time when I almost lost control of my bladder and spit water from my mouth.
To all of the wonderful people that we met thank-you. The crew of rfamily and the Norweigin Star were remarkable. After attending Susans class as a religion-we threw out the crap from our fridge. The next time you see me I will not have a pot belly-started doing Susans Yoga on dvd-I actualy lost an inch from my waist on vacation, even though I ate like a savage. love to you all-see you next summer-darlings!:D

Oh PapaJim...I miss you! What a wonderful time we had on the ship as well. We met so many people that kept us smiling and happy every day. Our kids had the "best vacation ever" and can't believe we won't be back next year but we promised them we are coming back in 2008 with all the rest of the clan! I will be the one sitting here envious as you count the days before you sail on 07/07/07! The oldest teenager has made a good friend from Minnesota and the younger two forgot to exchange emails but will be better prepared next time :) We were pleased to see our buds Ruben and Robert back this year and enjoyed the friendly faces and conversations with the many we met last year. We met new friends this year (none better than my cohort in trash talk Papa!) and I hope you all will be on the next cruise. It's hard to grasp that the vacation has ended. I went to the grocery store today picking up many things and then, geeze...they made me pay for the food! Where are those free burgers, salad and french bread slices??! We were spoiled. Heather and I are so thankful to RFamily for allowing us to be a part of the life we just knew existed but couldn't find anywhere else! So, we will save the pennies (I found 4 in the parking lot today) and we'll be there again!

Thinking about seeing the smiling faces of the RFamily crew makes me very grateful all over again. I hope each one knows how thankful we all are to you!

:rolleyes: I had to decompress into the real world after the trip with 10 loads of laundry. My beautiful son keeps thanking john and I for the cruise, and misses his new friends on board-I miss mine too honey-I told him barely able to speak from choking up. I am not a crier either! One would have never known this on the ship when people whom I met were so kind to us with their good-byes and I could only nod or muster up a few words while trying not to weep. I realy lost it saying my farewells to Kim and Jill at our hotel-we prolonged the agony by having lunch in Seatle-We openly wept in the lobby, and then after they left I proceeded to sob as if I had experienced a death. A little later I decided to mull around the hotel, where I had to replay the wonderful time in my mind, again starting the water-works...a maid looked at me and appeared to be comming towards me to console me." I am ok honey" I told her, fearing that if she asked me the dreaded question , I would embrace her weeping, speaking dramaticaly in Spanish as if in a novela.

The finale on the boat is when I came up to Susan Powter waiting for our van-she said "darling I was so hoping to see you before we depart" then gave me a mega hug and kiss-I love that woman! I miss the ship and comradery with everyone darling!:(
