Entertainment Finalized?

Did I miss it? Has the entertainment for the Alaska cruise been anounced/finalized?

From what I gather, there is not a big need to present a formalized final entertainment roster since the ship is sold out. Last year they used the entertainment announcements as part of their advertisement. They are also not having the special raffle promotions like last year (dinner with the Captain, snacks with Rosie, etc.). So, there are good and bad things about RFamily Vacations becoming so popular. (Kelly did post a preliminary list of entertainers a month or so ago.)

Personally, I think it's better for gay families that they don't announce or advertise the entertainment in advance. I know two straight couples who booked because of the entertainment last year, and frankly, as long as we are paying premium prices, I'd rather keep it as 'gay' as possible.

I know that this will still be better than any mainstream cruise, but I think that those who sailed the first couple of years should feel very lucky to have been around when the company was doing all it could to impress...not to mention the low occupancy rate (if I remember it was about 60% full the first year and 85% full last year) made for a spacious experience. I think we will find it much more noticeable crowded this year. Especially since there will be less people hanging out on deck, so the indoor venues will be more popular.

ahhhh, yes. We will be completely full this year. But rest assured everyone. The entertainment will be as top notch this year as it has been in the past. Trust me, with Ro at the helm, there will be no slacking when it comes to our entertainment. You will be as pleased as the past cruises. Now, it may be a bit more crowded, but the good news is that means that business is good and we can keep doing these cruises every year!!

But... When will the announcement be made about this summer's line-up??? We're dying to know. Already have our reservations paid for... Please... Maybe you could just whisper it into my ear????
