Thank you Cheryl and same to you!
Today is Mother's Day and I wish you all the time today to reflect on the day you became a Mother..... Today is also the day that our precious Dylin was born into the world. We are not sure the location, circumstances or conditions but someone gave birth to our beautiful baby and decided she was to be a gift for someone else. We actually met her on May 14, 2002, but there was a red thread that attached us from the day she was born. Truly, the most precious gift was becoming a Mother.
When I woke up this morning, I heard the sound of bowls clinking around and heard the refrigerator close. It wasn't Donna, it was Dylin. Despite it being her 7th birthday, she had gotten up and "fixed breakfast" for her Mothers. When we came downstairs, we were greeted with bowls of cheerios, my diet coke, and small wrapped gifts and homemade cards............priceless!
However you became a Mother, treasure the gift! We are all so blessed!
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

I just tucked in my baby.
Ok so maybe she is not a baby anymore as far as she and the rest of the world are concerned. :(
But she will always be MY BABY. ;)
I shared with her that having her was the best thing that I ever happened in my life.
That because of her I changed wanted to be someone.
I wanted to achieve more.Be a better person.Make the world a better place.
Build a life for her that was so much more than I had.
Be a role model someone she could look up to be proud of.
Give her every opportunity to become whomever she wanted.
Give her a great childhood.
She looked up at me and said.
I have a great life and I have had a wonderfull childhood MOM.Surrounded by LOVE.
That moment those words was a gift that can not be compared boxed or bought.
and
I got a new pair of COMFY blue slippers that I haven't taken off yet.
So treasure those moments one day sooner than you want you are
going to look up and the precious little one will be a young lady all grown up.
Happy Mothers day !
