Hello All,
My Partner and I are in the process of signing up to take the R Family Cruis to the Caribbean from Miami, Florida February 18-25. When we explained this to our 2 boys, they said why don't you get married on there, our responce was, Yes were planning on doing it if all possible.
Does anyone no how much that would cost someone to do that kind of Cermony on Board during the voyage?
We keep asking and no one can tell us who we need to talk to start planning this now, so it will be Fabulous by the time we set sail. We would appreciatate if anyone could give us more information in regards to this.
Hope to hear from anyone in regards to this matter at hand. Please We need your HELP.
Thanks,

Jeff & Darrell,
Hey, who's the nurse in the family? I'm a nurse also...was looking at your profile:)
I know this isn't the type of question easily answered in this forum however can't help myself to ask...how did you and your partner come to the desicion of a third? We have had that conversaion alot lately. We have a 4 & 2yr old, who happen to share a bio mom. The conversations have lately concluded with the question of "what age do we want to be when we retire::o " We're 40&37and frequentl after we ask the question...we then need to do the math...if you know what I mean!

Hi OurTribe,
Darrell is a nurse with Kaise Permanente here in Orange County, CA. As to your question, when did we decide to add a child to our family. It happened before we got the boys, one of us wanted a girl and the other wanted a boy. At that time we only had one free bedroom and could only adopt 2-3 of the same sex in the same room. So, we decided on going for the boys. After about 5 months with the boys, we knew we wanted to add to our family. This time we both knew in our hearts that we wanted to add a girl to our family to complete our family.
The only thing that we are worried about is that our agency and the county of Orange won't let us take the girl on the cruise. Because she would be still considered a foster/adopt child at the time of the cruise. We are already in talks with them, to make sure that we can take her on the cruise with us.
We want to include all of our Children in our Holy Union Ceremony, the boys so far are really enthused about being in the Ceremony. This way we can start out our new lives as one.
Talk with you later,
Jeff Malfo and Darrell Jerome

WOW!
There MUST be a way. We went to Disney World one month after the foster care placement of Cheyenne. NO real paper work except note from the social worker on letter head paper. I suppose there's a difference between Disney world and a Caribean Cruise. I realy am interested on how things work out. Keep in touch. You are creating a wonderful family. Again Congrats! When we first started the whole foster care journey to adopt we wanted a boy. As things turned out Cheyenne came to us. After a emotional year she was our little girl in the eyes of the world. Months after that we got word that she was going to have a brother from the same bio mother. He was born and within months he too was legally part of our family. Ok, Boy / Girl ...I think we're done! LOL
