Just a very brief post. I recieved my Rfamily newsletter today and was saddened by the phrase "Gay friendly Halifax". That the phrase has to be used reminded me what I as a hetrosexual person had forgotten-that there is still so far to go in attititude/acceptance and in embracing the differences that make us all wonderful and unique.
I wish you a wonderful cruise and a friendlier future around the world, not just here in Canada.
PS- not sure if you take cruise vacations up the West Coast (Vancouver Island) Canada yet...but theres no more beautiful scenery than here. Amazing to be able to bear watch almost on demand for much of the year. As for being Gay friendly...we're just friendly no matter who you are.
