Hi everyone. I have been a HUGE rosie fan for as long as I can remember. Within the last 2 years I have watched Kelli & Ro's kids grow through he pics and the videos from the cruises. I cant help but want to be a part of one of the trips.

We are now trying to decide when and how we will be able to get on board. First, we have some questions that I hope some of you can help answer.

We have a 14 year old son and have been trying to concieve with the biological father for more than 2 years now... I have told our "family" that when we are able we are all going... My wife and I, our son, the two daddies and of coarse our new baby (we hope we'll have him/her by then) We are wondering about the sleeping arrangments.. Our son is almost 5"11 and is over 190 lbs. He's not small. Where do you sleep a kid like that in those little rooms? My wife is clostraphobic.. are the rooms that have a balcony spacious or is it too small to be comfortable?

Also, I have a disability and need a room that will accomidate my electric scooter or where one is available if I'm having a spell.. are these accomidations avaiable?

What about the payments? How do you make them and what (approx) are the installments? Do you all prefer to go in the winter or spring? I think we'd rather go someplace warmer due to my disability.

I'm so excited to meet you all... I cant wait to say that we too got to experience this unique community.

My partner uses a scooter as well. Alaska will be our first cruise. We booked a room that is wheelchair accessible. Colleen at rfamily tells me that it will be big enough to park the scooter in the room. Just make sure that you book early, we booked in Sept. and there were not a lot of accessible rooms left.

Thank you for that reply. I need to check into the payment plan and start looking closer at our plans. We have so many things to think about

Thanks

I'm 6'2" and my partner is 6'2". While I'm not going to divulge our weight, I'll say we're over 190 each! LOL We find the rooms to be very comfortable. We always get the family balcony rooms. The 3 kids get their room, us adults are in our room. Very comfortable. And the balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, delivered by room service of course!
