Possible Land Vacation

Are there other land vacations being planned? What about Rehoboth Beach, Delaware? The community is very diverse and very gay friendly. We have been coming to Rehoboth Beach for the past 25 years and will be moving there in the next few months. There are several hotels, motels and B&B's to meet everyone's budget.
