You can check out Susans website-and email her on my space-I think she does 3 am classes-but might do a pm class-she also is doing promo work on the ship and lectures in the afternoon..so maybe not. Don't you love her-I do..she has a special nickname for me..shes the bomb.

I can't wait to meet her and take one of her begining class's. I've done some yoga, but not alot so I still need to limber up some more.
