Hello from Florida

Howdy all.
I am wrapping up our winter break vacation in Miami and preparing to head back to the cold of New York. I just saw our new ship that we chartered for February of 07 sail by and I have to say that the Norweigan Jewel is one of the most beautiful ships that is sailing the seas today. One year from today we will all be sailing the high seas together on that gorgeous vessel and enjoying this perfect weather.

I also officially invited my 6 year old Blake to sail with me on our 2006 Galapagos trip. We have been looking at the brochure and photos together and getting so excited about that adventure.

The good part about heading back to NY is to finalize all of the exciting details for the Alaska cruise. We will make this a venture that you will not forget.

Gregg and I are beginning our travels to promote the HBO documentary this month, so if you are in any of the cities we are visiting, please come to see it. Our first stop is Chicago on March 8th. And if you are not in any of the cities, please watch the documentary on HBO, April 6th.

You probably have this posted somewhere and I've just missed it. Any chance you can post the schedule for where you will be promoting the documentary? Given a choice I'd rather support the documentary "with my feet" rather than my remote. It's snowing here in Ohio today...so pack your gloves for your return to NY. Although...I heard the song birds outside yesterday and the tulips are giving hints that they are ready to stretch. sigh. I'm so ready for spring. Randi

Hello Colleen, Kellie and all,

Speaking of Florida, we've booked the eastern Caribbean cruise as well as the Alaskan. Funny how we haven't cruised before and now we are lining them up. I saw on our local news last week, that because of rising fuel prices, the cost of filling up a jet will go from $30,000 to $113,000. Yes, I heard them correctly. So I've been checking flight prices everyday and they are creeping up right before my eyes. I chose not to wait for Gregg to get the Miami discount code in order. The Miami rep said they would likely give rFamily a 5% discount so I've bought my plane tickets already. Luckily all of us will be travelling for under 2k. Keep watch if this is a factor for you!
