I was recently informed that some of our guests did not receive their books that were ordered from our Esera on our last cruise.
Esera would like to apologize to each of you. These orders were misplaced. Please email me at gregg@rfamilyvacations.com if you were one of these guests who did not receive their book yet.
I will follow up to make sure that your books are shipped immediately.
